Series Part 3/4: You’re doing all the things right Series Part 3/4: You’re doing all the things right. Eating clean, working out, lifting weights, taking your supplements religiously. But you’re still inflamed, still exhausted, still flaring. That disconnect is exactly why this matters.

A few things that look healthy on paper can actually be working against you: overtraining that spikes cortisol on an already dysregulated system, under-eating or skipping meals as “discipline,” and evening habits that quietly disrupt the deep sleep your body needs to actually repair.

Most of these aren’t asking you to do more. Some are asking you to do less, and to actually listen to what your body’s telling you. It’s normal for your body to resist something new at first, that’s just what pulls you out of your comfort zone. You have to choose your hard: stay stuck where you are, or take the next hard step toward feeling better.

This is exactly what gets mapped and personalized when we work together, gut, hormones, and lifestyle, looked at as one picture instead of in isolation.

If you’re ready to start repairing, comment “me” below. This is part 3 of How to Get Unstuck When Your Lab Work Seems “Normal,” part 4 is up next.

Real answers, not more guessing. If you’ve been t Real answers, not more guessing.

If you’ve been told your labs are “normal” but you still don’t feel like yourself, exhausted, foggy, bloated, hormones all over the place, this is where you start.

I built The Root Cause Quiz to help you understand what’s actually driving how you feel. It takes a few minutes, and it’s not another guess. It’s an actual starting point.

You’ll walk away with a clearer picture of what might be going on beneath the surface, and what to do next.

👉 Take the quiz, link in bio.
Series Part 2/4: You’ve done the elimination diet. Series Part 2/4: You’ve done the elimination diet. Followed AIP. Cut out every inflammatory food on the list. And you still don’t feel right.

But here’s the thing. The diet was never the issue. Restriction without knowing the actual driver is just a Band-Aid.

That’s why I don’t hand clients a list and send them on their way. I look at the labs you’ve probably already had done and been told looked “fine,” and read them through a different lens.

It’s not okay to not have answers. Common doesn’t mean normal.

If you know that’s not okay, comment “YEP” below. This is part 2 of How to Get Unstuck When Your Lab Work Seems “Normal,” part 3 is coming soon.

Series Part 1/4: If you’ve had your labs done and Series Part 1/4: If you’ve had your labs done and were told everything looks “normal,” but you still feel like something’s off... this one’s for you.

I hear this from clients constantly: normal lab work, zero real answers, and no idea why they still feel so far from themselves.

Give yourself a point for each one that hits:
😩 Exhausted no matter how much you sleep
💇‍♀️ Hair thinning or falling out
🔥 Skin flares or joint pain that comes and goes
🤰 Bloated, or reacting to foods that used to be totally fine
🌫️ Brain fog so bad you can’t get through the day

How many points did you rack up?

Here’s what I want you to hear: you are not making this up. “Normal” labs aren’t the finish line, they’re often just the starting point for asking better questions.

This is part 1 of my new 4-part series, How to get unstuck when your lab work seems “normal”, where we’re getting into autoimmune health, the gut-immune connection, and what your labs might actually be missing.

If any of this felt like it was describing you, comment “ME” below. You don’t need to explain, it just helps you know you’re not the only one feeling this way, and it helps someone else feel less alone too.
